What the Delulu Update Added

The Delulu update expanded BE A FISH BAIT's mutation roster to eight fixed tiers and introduced weather-driven mutation windows. Delulu weather enables the Delulu mutation on catches; Glitched weather adds roughly +10% Glitched mutation chance. Boss fish in high-tier zones carry better mutation odds and higher base aquarium value.

This update runs alongside Aura Maxxing on live servers — mutations and auras now define endgame income together. Yinyang and Voidspore auras boost mutation luck for farming these rolls.

Eight Mutations and Multipliers

Each mutation applies a fixed earning multiplier to sell price and aquarium per-second income.

• Gold — 1.5x | Diamond — 2x | Delulu — 2x (Special)
• Champion — 3x (Special) | Plasma — 4x | Glitched — 5x
• Molten — 6x | Radioactive — 8x (best Normal mutation)

Normal vs Special Stacking

Mutations split into Normal (Gold through Radioactive) and Special (Delulu, Champion). A fish holds one Normal mutation maximum, plus both Special mutations if RNG allows. You cannot stack two Normal mutations — no Molten plus Radioactive on one fish.

Peak combo: Radioactive × Delulu × Champion on a boss fish during Delulu weather. That is the highest reported aquarium earner in the current patch.

How to Farm Delulu Content

Equip mutation-luck auras, fish during Glitched or Delulu weather events, target boss fish in extinct zones, and store every mutated catch in the aquarium. Redeem BAITAURA and 2500CCU rerolls for better aura rolls before long farm sessions.
