Reaching Sci-Fi Water
The Sci-Fi Zone is the new far-cast band added on 4 September 2026. Official notes name three gates: the Sci-Fi Fishing Rod, the Sci-Fi Training Weight, and a Rebirth cap of 11. Power still decides how far your bait flies — the new weight speeds that grind, the new rod is the gear flag for the zone, and Rebirth 11 is the extra multiplier layer on top of the old cap of 10.
Exact Power numbers are not published. Use the in-game Rebirth button and rod shop as the live checklist. If your casts still land in Extinct or Cosmic water, you are short on Power, rod, or both — do not assume a hidden teleport.
What Lives in the Zone
Official notes promise seven new Sci-Fi fishes and Voidfin Shark as the boss. They do not publish a species table. Catch, read the HUD label, and park high-value or mutated Sci-Fi fish in the aquarium the same way you treat Extinct stock. Voidfin Shark is the named target for Champion mutation farming in this band.
The embedded video is an Extinct-zone first-look. Sci-Fi plays like that loop one step further: longer casts, harder reels, better aquarium math. Pair it with mutation-luck auras, Champion Chance charms, and Delulu weather when the server is in that window.
Upgrade Order for Sci-Fi
Fund the Sci-Fi Training Weight from aquarium income before you obsess over rod skins. The Charm Update Sci-fi skin (1M Money) is not the same item as the Sci-Fi Fishing Rod from this patch. Magma (R$599) and Thunderchord (R$499) are Robux cosmetics from the Charm drop. Buy the progression rod that the shop flags for Sci-Fi water, then spend leftover cash on charm rerolls that boost Boss Damage or Aquarium Income.
