BE A FISH BAIT — Fish List

Updated July 2026

Fish Basics

Every fish in BE A FISH BAIT has a species name, zone location, rarity color, base sell price, and aquarium income rate. Rarity does not always equal income — some uncommon species outperform rares on per-minute math because you catch them more often.

When you catch a fish, choose sell for instant cash or aquarium for passive generation. The fish list helps you decide before the prompt expires.

Starter Zone Species

Starter waters teach the reel minigame with low-value common fish. Sell nearly everything here until your first rod upgrade. Keep one or two only if tutorials require aquarium placement. OFFICIAL code cash skips much of this grind.

Mid-Game Species

Second and third rod zones introduce the first aquarium staples — species worth slot investment. Farm these during mutation aura buffs. Replace starter tank residents immediately when mid species arrive.

Late-Game and Legendary Species

Deep zones host leaderboard fish with massive sell spikes and strong aquarium rates. Catch difficulty is high — use reel speed auras and VIP buffs. Mutated legendaries are endgame flex and income combined.
