Weather Events Overview

The Delulu update introduced rotating weather events that temporarily shift mutation odds across all fishing zones in BE A FISH BAIT. Weather is server-wide — when Glitched or Delulu weather is active, every player in that server shares the same bonus window until the event ends.

Weather events are the highest-ROI windows for mutation farming after aura rerolls. Pair them with mutation-luck auras, extinct-zone boss sessions, and code-supplied wheel spins so you are never grinding plain weather with weak aura rolls.

Glitched Weather (+10% Glitched Mutation)

Glitched weather adds roughly +10% chance to catch fish with the Glitched mutation (5x earning multiplier). The bonus applies on top of base RNG and aura luck buffs — Yinyang and Voidspore auras compound noticeably during Glitched windows.

Farm Glitched weather in zones where you already catch valuable base species so the 5x multiplier lands on high aquarium income stock. Store every Glitched catch; do not sell unless you need immediate rod cash.

Delulu Weather (Special Mutation Window)

Delulu weather enables the Delulu Special mutation (2x multiplier) on catches that may already carry a Normal mutation. Delulu does not replace Radioactive or other Normal tiers — it stacks as a secondary Special roll when RNG allows.

Delulu weather is the only reliable window to build Radioactive × Delulu × Champion on boss fish. Queue extinct-zone boss sessions when Delulu weather is live and you have mutation-luck auras equipped.

Cast Pop-Up Buttons

Every cast has a chance to spawn a small on-screen button. Tap or click it before it disappears to boost odds for specific mutation rolls during that cast. Pop-ups appear during any weather but matter most when Glitched or Delulu events are already active — the bonuses stack with weather and aura luck.

Missing a pop-up does not fail the cast; you simply lose the bonus roll. Stay alert during long farm sessions, especially on mobile where buttons can sit near HUD edges.

Weather Farming Checklist

Before a weather window: redeem active codes (4000LIKES spins, 2500CCU rerolls), claim daily rewards, equip Yinyang or Voidspore, and empty aquarium sell slots if needed. During the window: fish extinct zones for boss fish, hit every pop-up, and store all mutated catches. After the window: reinvest aquarium income into Power and rods for the next event.
